• Check-in & Check-out

    • Check-in Time:  Between 10 AM and 10 PM. Rooms are ready at 3PM.
    • Check-out Time:  Before 11 AM. You can pick your luggage later.

  • General Policies

    • Children:  Children must be older than 12.
    • Smoking:  Smoking is strictly prohibited.
    • Candles & incense:  They are strictly prohibited.
    • Pets:  No pet is allowed.

  • Payment

    The credit card used to make the booking must be presented at check-in to verify identity, along with photo ID.  Third-party credit card billings are not accepted.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Free cancellation for 7 days

    For 7 days after the time of booking, you can cancel for FREE.   At that point, there will be a one night deposit. Deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future reservation.

  • Visitors

    Visitors are not allowed, unless there is a specific agreement with Héritage Victorien administration.  For any situation involving visitors please contact us at the time of booking.
